Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer shipping across all parts of India. Once you place your order, our team carefully processes, packs, and ships your product to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Customized or personalized items may take a little longer depending on the design and approval process.

 

Shipping Time:

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may require additional time.

 

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on select products. For other orders, shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before payment.

 

Delays:

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately with photos and the video proof for replacement or assistance.

 

All India (IN) orders is sent via First Class Registered Postal service. If you need your item quicker then we also offer a courier service for next-day delivery, costs will be added to your order total. Once payment is received, please allow 5 working days for delivery. COD (Cash On Delivery) is cuttently not available with us.
